Alyson Van Dyk's practice focuses on the financing, leasing, sale and acquisition of real property, helping clients implement their real estate goals. She represents clients in the healthcare, banking, energy and retail industries and regularly provides support to corporate clients in all matters affecting real property.

From construction loans to permanent loans, Alyson drafts and negotiates documents for all types of financing transactions. She has led several multi-state, multi-property financing transactions on behalf of lenders and borrowers. Alyson regularly represents clients in their acquisition of real property, including resolution of complex title matters. She often assists large and small tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions across the country.
