Álvaro Abad

Álvaro Abad is specialized in pharmaceutical and healthcare law. He advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech companies on legal matters related to medicinal products and medical devices, ranging from research and market access, to promotion and compliance issues, public procurement, or disputes within Farmaindustria, Fenin, and Autocontrol. In recent years, Álvaro has been very actively involved in the market launch of various gene and cell therapies. Álvaro is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Dravet Syndrome Foundation and of the Ethics Committee of the Dravet Syndrome Biobank.
