Alison Voyce

Alison advises on Wills and Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trusts. Her particular strength lies in advising high net worth clients on tax planning and succession issues. She regularly acts as a Trustee as well as an Executor and an Attorney. She works with the firm’s Litigation Department on contentious trust and probate matters when appropriate. Alison has an extensive client base locally, in London and further afield.

Alison has over 30 years’ experience in her field, having trained with a respected London firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 1989. She joined Taylor Walton in late 2000 and became a partner in 2003. She is based in Taylor Walton’s Harpenden office.

Alison is a member of the Hertfordshire Law Society and STEP.
