Ali Ramadan is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology & Life Sciences group with broad corporate experience and a practice that spans the corporate life cycle. In particular, Mr. Ramadan focuses on venture capital, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions for technology businesses. His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies and investors (both institutional and corporate) operating in the technology, fintech, proptech and digital media industries.

Mr. Ramadan is also involved in Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative, which is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas. He stays up to date on relevant market trends impacting the PropTech sector to effectively support clients involved in this space.

Mr. Ramadan joined Goodwin from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in 2019.
