Partner. Mr. Domínguez specializes in litigation involving business and economic offenses, and has extensive experience in social, administrative, bankruptcy, corporate, and labor offenses.

He advises some of the largest and most important companies established in Spain on an ongoing basis, acting as counsel for the prosecution and for the defense, and advising them on the new requirements of preventive criminal law and corporate compliance.

Career

Mr. Domínguez lectures on criminal law at the business school of Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU and on the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is also a member of the teaching faculty of the Advanced Master in Legal Practice at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla. He speaks regularly at legal and university forums.
