Career

Partner in charge of the administration of the Firm, Alfonso Montoya specializes in providing commercial and corporate advisory to companies.

He advises companies on commercial and corporate matters, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of contracts related to commercial activities; the design of efficient corporate structures for establishing new companies and advancing projects; corporate reorganization operations; and the analysis and design of strategies for the resolution of commercial, contractual and corporate disputes.

Alfonso is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a contract professor at the Universidad del Pacífico (UP), where he teaches courses related to corporate law.
