Alex Morris leads our Wealth Planning practice area. He specializes in national and international fiscal planning, as well as on international taxation.

He advises individuals and companies on designing appropriate legal structures for organizing their assets, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. He also assists in drafting shareholders' agreements in closely held companies or asset groups, family protocols, corporate governance frameworks, asset protection strategies, company sales, tax planning, corporate compliance and estate planning.

Alex is the former president of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (2009-2011), vice president of the Peruvian chapter of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and contributor to Tax Notes International. He practiced law in Spain from 1988 to 1993.

He has also taught tax law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
