Mr. Gomes is the Founding Partner of Cabinet Gomes.

Former President of the Bar Association in Congo, Mr. Gomes has more than 40 years of experience on the African Continent. His expertise has allowed him to evolve in the oil sector, energy, mining, infrastructure, and more generally the development of projects in Africa.

He intervenes in high profile local and international matters and particularly in investment matters or disputes involving governmental entities.
