Alexandra Manciulea

Alexandra Manciulea heads the Banking & Financial Services department at Filip & Company. With an experience of over 15 years on the market, Alexandra has been involved in a broad range of financing transactions, restructurings and regulatory matters, including with respect to the development of online businesses in the financial sector and the digitalisation of financial markets’ players, as well as in several high profile acquisitions carried out in the financial sector and some of the most significant transactions on the market related to sale of performing and non-performing loan portfolios. Before joining Filip & Company, Alexandra has worked in the Bucharest office of a Magic Circle law firm.
