Assisting RCS & RDS S.A. in connection to an EUR 350 million bonds issuance by Cable Communications Systems N.V. (parent company of RCS & RDS S.A.) and a syndicated financing of RON 1,687,000,000 made available to RCS by several leading banks.
Assisting NGB S.A, the leading Greek bank in connection with the disposal of its 99.28% stake in its Romanian subsidiary Banca Romaneasca (“BROM”) and of a portfolio of Romanian-risk corporate loans. Signing occurred in July 2017.
Assisting Banca Transilvania in the largest acquisition on the Romanian banking market in 2017, namely 99.15% of Bancpost’s shares and of 100% of the shares issued by ERB Retail Services IFN and ERB Leasing IFN, companies that are part of Eurobank group.
