Alex has a broad commercial real estate practice, focusing on complex, multi-stage, mixed use projects in the USA and abroad. She handles all aspects of development, including preparation and negotiation of acquisition, design, construction and development agreements, REAs and ground leases. Her clients are owners, architects, design builders and lenders. Alex is a frequent speaker on various topics including “Key Points in Negotiating Hotel Management Agreements.” Alex was firmwide Chair of Real Estate and Land Use, is a member and past president of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys and a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
