Alexander heads the Corporate and Finance Department and initiated the Fintech/Blockchain practice at MLL Legal. He was one of the spearheads in the establishment of the Crypto Valley in Zug and of MLL Legal's role in building up this local ecosystem. Thanks to his broad knowledge and experience in the finance area, he often gives expert opinion statements on issues of particular sensitivity. He also regularly participates in panel discussions regarding crypto and blockchain topics.

Alexander has broad experience in financial regulatory, capital markets, banking and finance, and M&A. He regularly publishes in the area of corporate finance and FinTech. He is the main contact of several of our key clients and is a member of the board of directors of several FinTech companies.
