Alexander is part of the U.S. Law Group and has over 20 years of experience advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions throughout the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, stand-alone and MTN bond issuances and liability management transactions.

He advises on Rule 144A, Regulation S and SEC-registered offerings, as well as other U.S. securities and New York law matters frequently arising in capital markets practice, such as SEC reporting obligations and corporate trust and agency matters. Alexander is recognized in particular for his expertise in equity offerings, having advised on a large number of listings and other equity-related matters across Southeast Asia in recent years.
