Alexander Luther Ræhrgaard Nielsen

Alexander Luther Ræhrgaard Nielsen is an attorney-at-law at Punct Advokater P/S in Copenhagen, where he is part of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial practice. He advises clients on a wide range of matters relating to commercial real estate, including property transactions, tenancy law, association law, and other real estate related issues. In addition, he assists with M&A transactions and advises on the acquisition and sale of small and medium-sized companies, as well as business-related contracts and disputes.

Alexander joined Punct Advokater as an assistant attorney in 2023 and was admitted as an attorney-at-law in 2024.

He is a member of Danske Ejendomsadvokater (Danish Real Estate Lawyers Association) and Foreningen af Procedureadvokater (Danish Association of Litigation Attorneys).
