Since 2006, Lotte has specialized in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She was awarded the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 2014.
Lotte advises on disputes within a wide range of legal areas, but is particularly experienced in cases concerning breach of contract, corporate liability, directors and officers liability, professional liability (lawyers, auditors, financial institutions, insurance brokers, technical advisors and investment advisors), primary and secondary market claims, W&I and insurance.
In 2018 Lotte was an acting judge at the Eastern High Court, which added to her specialist knowledge within dispute resolution. She is currently serving as arbitrator.
Lotte has also worked extensively on cases with an international perspective, including cross-border issues and international insurers.
