Alexander LeVeque is a nationally recognized attorney practicing private wealth law, with an emphasis on contested fiduciary litigation. As the managing partner of Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, Ltd., Mr. LeVeque represents a broad spectrum of clients, including private and professional fiduciaries, trust companies, family trust companies, beneficiaries, heirs, creditors, and owners of Fortune 500 companies. His clients span multiple jurisdictions, including international families and entities with cross-border trust and estate issues.
Licensed to practice in Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, and Florida, Mr. LeVeque is at the forefront of complex fiduciary disputes, including spendthrift trust and decanting litigation. He has substantial trial and appellate experience, having successfully handled numerous bench and jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and appeals in state and federal courts.
Mr. LeVeque has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® rating since 2016, has been named to Super Lawyers since 2022, and was previously recognized as a Rising Star from 2016–2021. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation – Trusts and Estates, and Trusts and Estates since 2023. He is also recognized in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law (2024). In 2022, he was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a selective honorary society of the nation’s top trial lawyers.
Mr. LeVeque currently serves as State Chair of the State Bar of Nevada’s Fee Dispute Committee. Beyond his legal practice, he is committed to advocacy and research for type 1 diabetes as a board member of Breakthrough T1D, inspired by his son’s diagnosis at the age of eight.
