Succession includes contentious probate, mutual wills, secret trusts, interpretation, rectification, lost wills and Inheritance Act claims, removal of executors/trustees and estate administration.

Real property disputes including registration, adverse possession, easements, mortgages etc.

Recent HC cases: Templeman deceased (testamentary capacity); Griffin v Higgs (removal of executors); Roberts v Fresco (Inheritance Act); Girish Patel v Yashwant Patel (forgery/contempt); Crabbe v Townsend (estate administration).
