Alex is a specialist in high-value matrimonial finance/ financial remedies, involving complex corporate and trust structures. Regularly instructed in intervener claims and cases involving an overlap between family and civil law. Also specialises in Trusts of Land (TLATA) and Schedule 1 cases. International work: has advised in cases before courts of Jersey, Gibraltar and Bermuda.
Alex sits as a Recorder, Arbitrator and is often instructed as a private FDR judge.
