Alex is a specialist in high-value financial remedies, involving complex corporate and trust structures. Regularly instructed in intervener claims and cases involving an overlap between family and civil law. He also specialises in Trusts of Land (TLATA) and Schedule 1 cases. Has advised internationally, e.g. in cases before courts of Jersey, Gibraltar and Bermuda.
Sits as a Recorder with s.9(1) authorisation, arbitrator and a private FDR judge.
