Alex specialises in financial remedies, applications for financial provision under Schedule 1 and disputes between trustees under TOLATA. He has a particular interest in intervener claims and cases involving an overlap between family and civil claims. He has advised on overseas cases in Jersey and Bermuda. Several reported cases, as sole counsel (e.g. Shokrollah, AB v CD) also led (Part III claim in R v R).
