Head of the firm's Corporate practice in Spain, Alex Dolmans focuses his practice on international mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and complex commercial projects in Spain. He has also represented clients in a variety of industry sectors over the years and is particularly well placed to assist companies in the industrial, technology, e-commerce, retail, and life sciences fields. He also represents Hogan Lovells on the advisory board of the foundation Youth Business Spain, which he helped set up in 2014 with several Spanish nongovernmental organizations, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Accenture.
