Alessandro Vespa

Alessandro practices in the area of corporate real estate. He advises asset management companies, investment funds, industrial and professional operators acting in all real estate classes (logistics, retails, hotels, residential and offices), either in core or in value added and opportunistic transactions. He has a strong background in highly sophisticated acquisition and disposal transactions of real estate portfolios (even in development transactions, brown field and green field), either by means of direct investment or by means of M&A deals (sale of business as a going concern, share sale and purchase agreement, sale and purchase agreement of REIF units, joint ventures) and forward funding. In the past years, Alessandro advised clients in transactions having an overall value of around 2.5 billions euro. Furthermore, Alessandro advises its client on the typical real estate agreements such as rent to buy agreement, hotel management/franchise agreement, construction contract and lease agreement of significant dimensions, advisory, property, project and agency agreement.
