Aleksander Płaza

Aleksander Płaza specialises in employment and labour law, advising Polish and international employers on complex workforce matters. His practice focuses on collective labour law, trade union relations, collective disputes, workforce restructurings and employment litigation.

He advises clients on negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions, including wage agreements, amendments to collective bargaining agreements, collective redundancies and resolution of industrial disputes.
