Alastair Robertson

Alastair is a Partner in the Construction and Engineering team with over 13 years of experience, specialising in both non-contentious and contentious legal work in construction and engineering. Alastair’s expertise spans a wide range of construction and engineering contracts, including advising on high-value logistics and residential projects, with a particular focus on build-to-rent (BTR) and purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) financing deals. He also has significant experience with emerging construction models, including automation solutions for sectors such as housing and aviation.

Alastair is also experienced in dealing with contentious construction matters in a wide range of dispute resolution proceedings in the UK, including litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and adjudication.

Alastair has worked with notable clients such as Moda Living, Jet2.com, Peel Group, Paragon Property and Glencar Construction on large-scale developments and unique construction models, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion.
