In privacy and data protection, Alan advises Brazilian and multinational clients on LGPD compliance, privacy governance, AI accountability, and ANPD proceedings. A former Chair of the IAPP Advisory Board (Brazil), he coordinated the development of the IAPP CDPO/BR certification and was an IAPP-authorized instructor.
