Recent work highlights
Active since the field's early days in Brazil, advising multinationals, counseling global technology platforms on data monetization, and following the early end-to-end encryption debates. Work ranges from LGPD implementation and AI privacy governance to biometrics and fraud prevention, adtech compliance, incident response, and ANPD proceedings. Also offers DPO and AI Ethics as a Service.
Specialisations
Three partners, led by a former Chair of the IAPP Advisory Board (Brazil), an IAPP member since 2013, who coordinated the IAPP CDPO/BR certification, and holds graduate degrees from Stanford, Tilburg, and FGV. The team publishes a monthly privacy newsletter, articles, and books.
