Alain Laurent Verbeke

As a Full Professor of Private Law, over the years he has been writing and teaching on contracts, property law, real estate and construction law, notary law, insolvency and securities law, civil procedure, private international law and comparative law.

And as an attorney, or rather counselor-at-law, for almost 40 years, he brings his expertise in law, psychology and philosophy to counsel business families and next generations in their development and growth towards sustainable shareholdership, governance and family planning.
