The Greenille Private Client Team of Deloitte Legal - Lawyers was founded in 2003, as a boutique private client law firm. It was at that time named Greenille and it merged with Deloitte Legal – Lawyers (formerly Laga) as from 1 September 2014.

This team focusses on private clients, particularly entrepreneurial families and high net worth individuals. Their clients include many important captains of industry and international embedded families. Their offering is holistic and consists of three service lines: advisory, conflict handling and family and business dynamics & governance.

The advisory team advises clients in wealth planning or wealth structuring. It includes matters of civil and family property law, national and international tax law, private international law and governance vehicles. The conflict handling department assists clients in negotiating a deal in divorce and inheritance matters or in court proceedings. Finally, the communication experts and facilitators support families in growing towards sustainable shareholders of family wealth and connecting communication.

These services are embedded within the practice of Deloitte. The firm can connect with the global Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Private network for all type of international matters private clients deal with, such as foreign investments or real estate.
