Aimee specialises in fund finance acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her broad expertise includes subscription credit facilities, management fee and/or co-investment facilities, NAV/asset backed facilities (across numerous asset classes including secondaries, private equity, real estate and credit funds) and other more complex and innovative fund finance solutions including preferred equity, equity commitment structures and other creative financing structures.

Some of the unique and bespoke fund financings she has advised on recently includes: multi-layered debt structures with complex intercreditor arrangements and shared fund finance security package; LC-fund finance debt facility backing a take-private financing for a credit fund lender to assist with certain funds requirements; multiple fund financings relating to a hybrid secondaries acquisition and a continuation fund, utilising fund finance technology and bespoke creditor arrangements as between the multiple stacks of debt; bridge financing made available to a listed fund manager in connection with the acquisition of another fund management business; and more.
