Career
Addy is a litigator who focuses her practice on representing individuals, corporations, and organizations in criminal government investigations, prosecutions, and regulatory and enforcement proceedings. She also represents these clients in commercial litigation, arbitrations, congressional investigations, and internal investigations.
Prior to founding Kropf Moseley Schmitt PLLC, Addy practiced as a partner at Miller & Chevalier and then served as the managing partner of the DC office of a boutique litigation firm headquartered in New York. Before private practice, Addy served in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Early in her career, she worked for a large law firm and clerked on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Addy is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Addy serves as Adjunct Professor at American University Washington College of Law, where she currently teaches White Collar Crime and has previously taught Criminal Trial Advocacy.
