Founded in 2013, KMS is a boutique law firm in Washington DC. The firm is entirely woman-owned and operated. Our primary practice areas are white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, complex civil litigation, and ethics/professional responsibility matters. KMS has represented corporations, nonprofits, unions, and individuals in internal investigations and related employment matters. We also represent federal employees and government contractors in administrative investigations conducted by Offices of Inspector General. Finally, KMS has represented a public international organization since 2013 in various matters before state courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland, along with advising it on several internal employee- or litigation-related matters.
