Adam specialises in Inquiries, Inquests, Financial Regulation & Fraud. He acts for both corporate clients and individuals and has a wealth of experience in general crime (homicide, serious violence, sexual offending, drug trafficking and fatal road traffic accidents). Adam has defended in prosecutions brought by the SFO, FCA, DWP, HMRC and CPS. He has appeared in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on pro bono appeals against the death penalty and has been part of a team that has made submissions to the International Criminal Court.
