Adam Brown focuses his practice on multijurisdictional investigations and has over 20 years of experience advising on high-profile litigation, contentious insolvency, and compliance matters.
Adam has particular experience in matters relating to insolvency claims, fraud, asset tracing, theft of confidential information, regulatory issues, and corruption. He has acted on: the UK’s largest preference claim; largest wrongful trading claim; first ever use of a deferred prosecution agreement; first indictment for failure to prevent bribery; and the two largest frauds perpetrated on the London AIM market. Adam also defended numerous G10 and emerging market foreign exchange (FX) traders in the long-running multijurisdictional investigations into alleged manipulation of the FX markets.
