Adam acts for bank and credit fund lenders, speciality finance providers, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Adam advises on a broad range of finance transactions, including: acquisition and corporate facilities; unitranche and super senior financing structures; receivables financing, asset based lending and speciality finance; structured financings and securitisations; and investor call bridge facilities and leverage facilities.

He acts predominantly for lender-side clients but has also advised private equity sponsors in relation to leveraged acquisition facilities and credit funds in relation to bridge and leverage facilities.

Adam has spent time on secondment at Shawbrook Bank with its structured finance and broader asset finance team and at Hayfin Capital Management LLP with its legal execution team.
