Aaron's clients include individuals from all walks of life, including athletes, managers, C-suite executives, physicians, accountants, engineers, inventors, and entrepreneurs. Although there is no single characteristic that describes his client base, he often acts for the primary earner in matters involving financial support claims or allegations implicating the individual's estate.

A native of Creek County, Oklahoma, Aaron practices in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. He represents individuals who have been injured or who are involved in contested family law matters. His family law practice focuses on financial cases involving valuation disputes and support claims. Aaron's cross-border practice includes Hague Convention child abduction cases and representing extended family from other states seeking guardianship of a minor child in one of his covered jurisdictions. Aaron offers clients a comprehensive analysis of the legal and practical issues at stake and the paradoxes, tradeoffs, and risks associated with the potential courses of action. He is known for his courtroom preparation, efficiency, and creativity.

Aaron's board certification for family law trials reflects his substantial trial work over the past two decades. His trial experience is complemented by his extraordinary commitment to ongoing legal education. In 2021, he completed a year-long Certified Financial Planner certificate program at Southern Methodist University to supplement his education and training in business valuations, taxation, and other financial topics.

Frequently engaged as successor counsel in contested matters, he has stepped in and brought matters to speedy resolution in weeks that were stalled and had been pending for years before his involvement. His broad network of relationships gives clients access to qualified, competent professionals necessary to resolve their disputes, including accounting and valuation experts, mental health experts, and mediators.

A trusted resource on the law, other attorneys often consult with Aaron about complex or novel legal issues, questions about discovery, and strategy for negotiation and trial. An avid reader, he is a frequent writer and speaker on family law and trial advocacy topics. His award-winning continuing education presentations promote civility and best practices for litigation and trial.

Aaron began his career as a sole practitioner in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. In 2014, he was invited to join Fry & Elder in Tulsa, where he quickly became a partner and led that firm during a period of rapid growth. In 2018, together with Kathleen Egan, Amy Page, and Danya Bundy, Aaron re-opened Bundy Law in Tulsa. In 2019, he became a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and was first board-certified for family law trials by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. After successfully trying several Hague Convention child abduction cases to verdict during the pandemic, Aaron became a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers in 2023.
