Aamir Khan

Aamir is a Principal Associate in the real estate team who works on a spectrum of commercial property matters for developers and investors, retailers, insolvency practitioners and charities.

Aamir is also an integral member of the primary care team and acts for doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. Aamir has overseen more than 100 disposals for a national pharmacy operator in the last 24 months.

Aamir’s experiences include:

• Acting on behalf of a company in connection with the acquisition of a GP Practice at a price of £1.5 million with a lease back to the GP Partners.

• Acting on behalf of GP Partners in connection with the taking of a lease pursuant to an agreement for lease conditional upon Landlord’s Works and surrender of the lease of an existing premises.

• Leading the Weightmans Real Estate Team and providing corporate support on the disposal of more than 100 pharmacies for a national retailer with a combined value of c. £20million.

• Acting on behalf of a fashion brand in connection with the refinance of its premises at a value of £4.6million.

• Acting on behalf of developers in connection with sale of investment properties.

• Acting on behalf of an investor landlord in the asset management of its shopping centre.

• Acting on behalf of a retailer in connection with the taking of a lease in London with a combined rental value of £24mil

• Assisting the corporate team in connection with the acquisition of an automotive retailer involving 14 sites requiring leases/assignments of leases and freehold acquisitions.
