Our clients include a diverse group of institutions and individuals, including those in the business of construction such as architects, engineers, real estate owners, developers, owners’ representatives, municipalities, and construction managers, in addition to those that focus on other industries but need construction services such as technology, financial, manufacturing, and educational institutions. Our attorneys provide the full spectrum of legal services to meet our clients’ needs. We serve as advisors to our clients, negotiate contracts, litigate disputes, and conduct risk management. The firm provides counsel throughout the planning, design and construction process, from drafting and negotiating contracts to outlining risk management strategies. Zetlin & De Chiara has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and also advises on business formation, licensing and corporate issues.
