(New York – April 17, 2018) Jaimee Nardiello, a partner at leading construction law firm, Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, and other real estate leaders will examine the state of the retail market in 2018 and share their perspectives on key issues at Commercial Observer’s 2nd Annual Retail Forum on Thursday, April 19, 2018 in Manhattan.
Nardiello will moderate a panel entitled “Developing an Experience: How the Industry is Shifting It’s Approach to Retail.” Topics to be explored range from a broad outlook on the state of the brokerage business and the future of malls, to more specific ideas, such as: how the brokerage business has evolved in the face of declining brick and mortar retail; case studies of exemplary retailers who have embraced new strategies and adapted to a changing consumer; the success of food halls and how they are perceived in the marketplace; and where new retail concepts are coming from and what has worked in other countries.
In addition to Nardiello, serving on the panel will be: Lauren Adams, Principal and Strategy Director, Gensler; Michael Goldban, Head of Retail Leasing, Brookfield Properties Office Division; Jeffrey D. Roseman, Executive Vice President, Newmark Knight Frank Retail; Arnaud Simeray, Vice President Strategic Partnerships, Storefront; and Jeffrey Weinhaus, Chief Development Officer, Equinox.
