Real Estate:

ZBV has unique expertise in the real estate market, and 40 years’ experience advising developers and investors in projects that profoundly changed the way real estate transactions are carried out in Argentina. The firm advises clients in all sub sectors: commercial, residential, special housing and mix used developments, shopping centers, retail and hotels. It is also very active in the agricultural sector and other industries with a real estate component advising domestic and international clients in all aspects of the business.

The firm represents one-third of the most active and representative Argentinean issuers listed in BYMA and foreign exchanges, and banks as well.
