Racial Profiling:
• Representation of multiple individual plaintiffs in a racial profiling lawsuit against Macy’s
• Representation of consumers in a nationwide class action lawsuit against Sephora on behalf of over seven hundred and thirty Asian customers who were the victims of racial profiling and discrimination, which resulted in a settlement of $950,000
• Representation of actor Rob Browne and a proposed class of consumers in a racial profiling case against Macy’s and the New York Police Department

Wage & Hour Litigation:
• Representation of a class of limousine drivers at Sunny’s Limousine Service Inc. in a wage and hour class action lawsuit, that resulted in a settlement of $3.5 million
• Representation of a class of restaurant employees in a wage theft lawsuit against Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Blue Hill New York that resulted in a settlement of $2 million
• Representation of restaurant employees in numerous wage and hour class action lawsuits against popular New York City restaurants

Executive Compensation & Breach of Contract:
• Representation of the former Chief Financial Officer of Six Flags in claims of breach of contract and fraud, which resulted in an arbitration award of approx. $24 million
• Representation of the former Executive Vice President of Content at MLB Advanced Media in a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment
