The firm’s real estate and development practice provides a full scope of legal services throughout the successive steps of a real estate property’s ‘‘life-cycle”; starting with acquisition and going through zoning and planning, to financing, construction, registration and sale or rent. Planning & Construction:
Weksler Bregman & Co has unique expertise in planning and construction. The firm advises real estate entrepreneurs in all aspects of zoning plans of the total volume of thousands of housing units per year (including urban renewal projects and ‘Tama 38’ projects) and hundreds of thousands of square metres designed for industry and hotels throughout the country (including handling of business licenses). Litigation & Arbitration:
