WB Consulting

WB Consulting is a legal consulting firm which specializes in compliance. It was founded in 2023 by partner Javier Wilenmann. In 2024, Antonia Bernales joined the firm.

Despite being a young firm, it has worked in designing, implementing and reviewing compliance models of several leading Chilean firms, including CCU, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Esval, Essbio, Marina del Sol, MetroPago, Tenpo, Capel, among several others. In total, it has worked on developing compliance models and managing them for over 60 clients.

WB Consulting provides innovative services, focusing on three core principles:

-Deep legal knowledge, required by the vast extension of corporate criminal law and regulatory law in Chile;

-Orientation towards management and models that have active reporting and administration;

-Broad reach of compliance, moving out of the extended idea that it relates only to corporate criminal law impositions under Chilean law, but rather relates to rational management of regulatory and ethical stakeholder requirements.

WB Consulting seeks to provide services that comply with these principles based on its unique combination of skills and talents: it is led by one of the main experts on corporate criminal law in Chile; one of its partners has a uniquely deep practical experience of over 15 years of working in compliance in Chile; and its remaining partners and some of its associates are not lawyers, but experts on business management.

WB Consulting actively engages and cooperates in the development of software and other technological solutions to make compliance more efficient.
