Úbeda.ip was created by its founding partner, Carlos Úbeda, a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on protecting their intellectual property and serving as their strategic ally in identifying and complying with regulatory requirements in Nicaragua necessary for their industries.
