■ Served as Taiwan legal counsel for the financing parties, a consortium of 20 Taiwanese and international financial institutions, in successfully closing the Formosa 2 (376 MW) offshore wind project financing announced on October 29, 2019. The total facility amount of the Formosa 2 project financing reached NTD 62.4 billion (approximately USD 2 billion)
■ Served as Taiwan counsel for 19 domestic and foreign banks, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and successfully assisted the syndicate banks in completing the project financing of German company WPD AG 640MW Yunlin offshore wind power project dated on May 30, 2019. The total amount of financing reached NTD 94 billion (US 3.03 billion), making it the largest project financing in the Asia-pacific region
■ Successfully assisted E Ink Holdings Inc., through its wholly-owned investment company, to enter into an agreement with SES-imagotag, a société anonyme organised under the laws of France and listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange (ISIN FR0010282822), to subscribe the new shares to be issued by SES-imagotag. The total subscription price is €26 million (approx. US$30.1 million)
■ Represented the financing parties of Formosa 1 offshore wind farm, including, among all 11 of them, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Cathay United Bank Co., Ltd., BNP Paribas, and EKF Denmark’s Export Credit Agency, to successfully achieve the financial closing of the NT$18.7 billion project financing of 128MW Formosa 1 offshore wind project in Taiwan

■ Assisted Kongsberg Gruppen ASA in the successful acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine, a transaction of approximately USD 525,000,000.
■ Successfully assisted Spectris plc in the sale of its environmental monitoring business to an entity jointly formed by Spectris plc and Macquarie Capital
■ Successfully assisted Ennoconn International Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ennoconn Corporation (an industrial computer manufacturing arm of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co), to acquire 47.15% shareholding of semiconductor equipment supplier Marketech International Corp. through tender offer. The purchase price totals approximately NT$4.92 billion (approx. US$163 million)
■ Successfully assisted the well-known aero group MB Aerospace Group to acquire 100% shares of Asian Compressor Technology Services Co., Ltd. The parties successfully entered into the acquisition agreement in late October 2017 and completed the closing on January 22, 2018
