■ Local Counsel to Yumn Limited, a subsidiary of Yumn Limited in the transaction with the Government of Rwanda for the development of a 100 Mw Peat fired Power Plant
■ Counsel to New Bugesera Airport on a $418M which will significantly boost Rwanda’s aviation sector becoming the largest airport in Rwanda
■ Local Counsel to Highland Power Ltd which acquired majority stake in Symbion Power which will significantly boost the energy capacity in Rwanda
■ Local Counsel to IFC for the Rwanda Franc Denominated Notes issued by the IFC under the Pan African Domestic Medium term Programme
■ Counsel to CIMERWA, the leading cement company in Rwanda 100 Million USD transaction under which the majority shares were purchased by Pretoria Portland Cement
■ Counsel to Borelli Tea Holdings Limited under in a 20 Million USD transaction under which it acquired LAB International Limited
■ Counsel to Rwaza Hydro Power Plant for 2.5Mw using water which is renewable energy. It will generate energy while conserving the environment
