■ Preferred real estate legal advisor and conveyancers to one of the leading listed sectional title developers in South Africa, Balwin Properties Limited, in respect of their developments situated within the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg and Pretoria deeds offices, consisting of approximately 14 500 units with an aggregate value in excess of R14,5 billion
■ Instructed during 2009 to attend to the registration of transfers for the listing of Fortress Income Fund, with an initial market capitalisation of R1.8 billion, making it the largest initial listing in the listed property sector at that time
■ During 2014 instructed by Capital Property Fund to attend to the registration of transfers pursuant to the conversion of Capital Property Fund from a collective investment scheme to a REIT (Capital Property Fund Limited) with an aggregate value in excess of R5 billion
■ Instructed to attend to the registration of transfer of a business park from a listed company to a multinational technology company to the value of R800 million
 ■ Listed property fund instructed itself to attend to the unbundling of a shareblock company and the transfer of the properties comprising the shareblock scheme to the respective shareholders to the value of R1,32 billion
■ Instructed by CRI -Eagle Investments Pty Ltd to attend to the registration of the second (of three) phases of its scheme known as Sandton Skye in the Sandton CBD consisting of some 150 sectional title units with an aggregate value in excess of R640 million
