Headquartered in Jin Mao Tower in Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone of Shanghai Pudong District. Corporate Commercial Affairs and M&A:
The department consists of more than forty senior lawyers who have rich experience and expertise in civil and commercial litigations and other non-litigation services such as merger and acquisition of companies. Among them, many lawyers have obtained a doctor's or master’s degree or have the background of studying abroad, or are honored excellent lawyers or excellent youth lawyers at district level. Furthermore, there are also lawyers who had engaged in judgment and arbitration or served as an instructor in collages. The department is one of the pioneers who were the earliest to provide intellectual property related legal services. The department provides legal services relating to copyrights, trademarks, patent rights and anti-monopoly in fields such as film making, cultural media, communication technologies, industrial manufacturing and catering.
