Corporate & M&A:

Recent highlights include advising Pincus Private Equity Global Growth L.P. on the indirect stake acquisition of Cambridge and Altair Schools for $500MM; Asterion Capital Partners on its €550MM acquisition of 11 data centers owned by Telefónica and Tahoe Resources Inc. on share sales entered into by Pan American Silver Corp. of all Tahoe shares for $1.07 billion creating the first-largest silver producer in the world.
The firm has been involved in the development and financing of some of the most important energy projects in Peru, including hydropower and other renewable projects, LNG and oil and gas projects, as well as transmission facilities.
