Our Antitrust group assists clients on matters pertaining to different stages of free competition. We advise on preemptive activities to avoid incurring on anticompetitive conducts.

We support our clients on the review and implementation of commercial policies, exclusivity contracts, distribution, and non-competition agreements, among others. In addition, we provide advice on corporate practices regarding matters that could present risks related to fair competition regulations, including issues related to market access, abuse of dominant position, unreasonable refusal to contract the use of essential facilities and pricing agreement.

We represent our clients in legal proceedings before the competition authorities on matters such as mergers control for the electricity industry and proceedings initiated for the alleged violation of free competition regulations.
