Banking Litigation:
The Rö banking litigation offering is handled by Justyna Tokarzewska, PhD, and her team. Recent highlights include the representation of the Polish bank with 462 branches throughout Poland in disputes with a group of its ex-partners operating the bank’s branches, who made compensation claims against the bank.
