Marcin Radwan-Röhrenschef, is a formidable litigator who has a wealth of experience in representing clients in complex commercial disputes, including cases in the areas of criminal, bankruptcy and administrative law. He has advised government administration bodies and ministries, and worked for clients from the property, infrastructure, hotel, distilling, shipbuilding, rail, automotive, pharmaceutical and banking industries.
Career
Rö’s co-founder and managing partner Marcin Radwan-Röhrenschef, PhD, was admitted to the Bar in 1997 and for many years was the head of the litigation practice in one of the leading Polish law firms. In 2010, he started his own law firm and has since then expanded his practice. Alongside dispute resolution, he and his team also advise on mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy law, white-collar crime. construction and insurance matters, new technologies and environmental law.
Professional Memberships
Marcin Radwan-Röhrenschef is a member of Warsaw Bar Association. From 2010 to 2015 he was an Officer on the Litigation Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), and in 2008-2009 he was the Chairman of the Committee for Poland. In 2012-2013 he represented the Polish Bar Council in the International Bar Association Council.
