The firm’s arbitration specialists have handled a significant amount of this work in Latin America and have been practicing in that region for over 20 years. As mentioned, the team’s collective experience includes handling international investment treaties and commercial arbitrations in virtually every country in Central and South America under all major arbitral rules and institutions.
